Denise Wigley
Denise and her Team lead Bakersfield’s Real Estate Market with nearly 700 closings since 1998. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. A Certified Staging Professional, a Certified Foreclosure Specialist, and a Short Sale Specialist. Most past clients know her as a deeply caring and committed Realtor. She won the Rising Star Award for the entire Bakersfield Association of Realtors in her first year of business, and also the Rookie of the Year at the company where she began her career. Bill Wigley
Bill joined Denise in 2000 and enhanced their business by bringing his expertise in Marketing and Public Relations. He works with both buyers and sellers and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Bill has helped elevate the level of professionalism by bringing structure and growth to one of the top Real Estate Teams in Bakersfield, The Wigley Team. He provides consultation for each member of the Team and works to develop new educational opportunities for the Team’s members. Bill graduated from California Baptist University with a B.A in Business Administration in 1980, and has been in sales ever since.
Bill is currently the CEO/Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty-Bakersfield. Under his leadership, the office has become the 3rd largest real estate office in the county. Kyle Wigley
Kyle joined his parents in 2006. He works as the teams REO Specialist, and helps in the Marketing of homes. He provides the current statistics to the Team, and Manages the Team’s Website. Kyle is busy daily communicating with banks and sellers trying to get your offers into escrows.
He is very well respected as a young Realtor. He has closed several homes in his career. Kyle prides himself in providing the utmost in customer service, and can help those analytical buyers with impressive numbers and statistics which are current and relevant. Kyle is a local boy with a love of Bakersfield and Kern County. After attending Bakersfield Christian High School, Kyle received his Real Estate Sales license and attends California State University Bakersfield, where he majors in political Science. Vicki Christian
Vicki Serves as the Client Care Manager for The Wigley Team. She works to enhance the experience for the buyers and sellers. She schedules appointments, coordinates inspections, and processes escrows. Vicki is the point of contact for most buyers and sellers once the home is in escrow.
